An uploaded file's message, [file:name](/uploads/...), is skipped by the link check so a name like ssstwitter.com_123.mp4 is not read as a link. The name had to be free of ] to match, so downloads named like fxtwitter.com [720p].mp4 were still refused when link sharing was restricted. The name may now hold balanced [...] pairs.

People pasting setup commands had messages deleted, and strikes counted
toward a mute or ban, for things like ghcr.io/owner/image that Haven never
makes clickable. In chat messages (sends, edits, scheduled messages, thread
replies and messages bridged from Discord), code blocks and inline code now
only count their full http(s) links; bare addresses there are ignored. Full
links are checked wherever they sit, since a full link in inline code is
clickable. Profiles, topics and titles are checked as before.
