MickLesk 65f74bab9e Point the last Gitea URLs at GitHub raw ...

git.community-scripts.org is being decommissioned. Three of these would
have broken with it: docker-vm.sh and pve-privilege-converter.sh sourced
the engine from the mirror, and misc/vm-core.func defaulted
COMMUNITY_SCRIPTS_URL to it. The DNS preflight no longer resolves the
host either.

ct/gitea.sh and ct/gitea-mirror.sh are untouched -- those install the
application, they have nothing to do with our mirror.
