* Upgrade to Debian 13 and clean up dependencies

Updated the script to use Debian 13 Qcow2 Disk Image and removed redundant installation of libguestfs-tools.

* Update URL for Debian Qcow2 Disk Image

* Update docker-vm.sh

* Update fmt.Println message from 'Hello' to 'Goodbye'

* add cloudinit function
