Gurpreet Kait 03c05c8464 - Fix dropdown menu pushing HUD bar down by using 100vh height container 
with flex layout that reserves space above the bar for menu cards
  - Increase HUD window size to 620x520 for menu card headroom
  - Replace mic on/off toggle with mic selector card showing all available
    microphones with live audio level meters per device
  - Remove old separate mic controls panel
  - Increase bar size with larger buttons, padding, and separators
  - Fix TS null safety in stopRecording MediaRecorder accessfix

- Fix stopRecording to handle MediaRecorder 'paused' state by resuming
    before stopping, ensuring final data chunk is flushed
  - Guard pauseRecording as no-op for native recordings (macOS SCK /
    Windows WGC) that lack pause IPC support
  - Add 14 unit tests for pause/stop state machine

- Add 4th 'Original' quality tier to export UI
- Change non-source export to use source-relative scaling (0.6x, 0.75x, 0.9x)
- Update i18n for new quality label
- Accept 'high' in project normalization

Fixes blurry export and makes quality more intuitive

webadderall 3615e09e2c fix: codec fallback list for VideoEncoder with descriptive errors 
Replaces single hardcoded avc1.640033 with a 5-step fallback chain
(High 5.1 → Main 5.1 → Baseline 5.1 → Main 3.1 → Baseline 3.1).
Each codec is tried with hardware acceleration first, then software.
The final error message now includes which codecs were attempted, the
output dimensions, and a suggestion to lower the quality setting.
