Adds video file detection (mp4/webm/mov/etc) to wallpaper system,
renders video backgrounds with looping playback in editor preview,
and adds Video tab to background picker in settings panel.
Use resolveMediaElementSource for editor audio elements and audio import
metadata probing so local M4A files play correctly in the editor instead of
relying on raw file:// URLs.
The cursor telemetry snapshot (setRecordingState(false)) was not awaited,
creating a race with muxNativeWindowsRecording which calls finalizeStoredVideo.
If the mux IPC arrived first, pendingCursorSamples was still empty and no
.cursor.json was written — causing the cursor overlay to not render.
- Set setIgnoreMouseEvents(true, {forward: true}) on HUD overlay window
so transparent areas pass clicks to apps behind
- Add hud-overlay-set-ignore-mouse IPC to toggle mouse events
