fix: hud overlay was flashing white (because I added a fullscreen window to render the overlay, otherwise it wouldn't stop jittering.)
...
add: launchTheme.css to have everything under the same variables.

add: correct styles accross the popovers! with unstyled parameters in Popover.tsx because it was needed to make sure its the same
