- Add 4th 'Original' quality tier to export UI
- Change non-source export to use source-relative scaling (0.6x, 0.75x, 0.9x)
- Update i18n for new quality label
- Accept 'high' in project normalization

Fixes blurry export and makes quality more intuitive

webadderall 3615e09e2c fix: codec fallback list for VideoEncoder with descriptive errors 
Replaces single hardcoded avc1.640033 with a 5-step fallback chain
(High 5.1 → Main 5.1 → Baseline 5.1 → Main 3.1 → Baseline 3.1).
Each codec is tried with hardware acceleration first, then software.
The final error message now includes which codecs were attempted, the
output dimensions, and a suggestion to lower the quality setting.

- Add countdownInProgress flag in IPC handler to reject concurrent starts
- Add countdownActive state in renderer to block re-entry
- Disable Record button while countdown is active

- Add countdown delay setting (None, 3s, 5s, 10s) in HUD bar
- Show centered 200x200 countdown overlay visible on all workspaces
- Persist countdown delay preference across sessions
- Add i18n translations for countdown feature (en, es, zh-CN)
- Click or press ESC to cancel countdown

dev-FlyblueandClaude Opus 4.6 af94d74ad8 fix(i18n): handle extended locale subtags like zh-Hans-CN 
normalizeLocale now correctly maps Windows-style locale strings
(e.g. "zh-Hans-CN") to "zh-CN" by trying lang-region before falling
back to the base language. Bare "zh" is also mapped to "zh-CN".

Extract all user-visible hardcoded strings into 7 namespace locale files
(common, launch, editor, timeline, settings, dialogs, shortcuts) for all
three languages: English (source of truth), Spanish, and Simplified Chinese.

tokenflow1m f6b7c24704 Fix HUD overlay clipping and horizontal scrollbar 
The HUD overlay window (500px) was narrower than the HUD bar's
max-width (560px), causing content to clip on both sides and a
horizontal scrollbar to appear.

- Widen HUD overlay window from 500px to 600px
- Add overflow-hidden to the root container
- Remove unnecessary max-w-[560px] from the HUD bar
