Added simplistic nightly support
...
When an app versioned as "nightly" is installed (or updated),
the current date is appended to the version which changes the
version directory to nightly-yyyymmdd.
Fixes #181

Added a new event 'before_create_shims'.. the json file uses 'before_shims', but I spelled it out in the ps code. Don't really like the name of either, but I needed the functionality for gow.json (incoming).
