Richard Kuhnt 806785c636 Remove the .NET 4.7 only Group.Name property from checkver.ps1 ...

The Name property was first added to System.Text.RegularExpressions.Group with .NET 4.7 (See: https://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.text.regularexpressions.group.name)
This change makes checkver.ps1 backward compatible with older .NET versions. (thanks @nightroman)
