* feat(scoop-reset): Add -a/--all switch to reset all apps

* feat(scoop-cache): Add -a/--all switch to delete whole cache

* feat(scoop-virustotal): Add -e/--every switch to check every installed app

* Update CHANGELOG.md

* use 'all' instead of 'every'
