Gareth	39d9a3d345	fix: per-plan retention disabled when repo forgetPolicy schedule is disabled ... A repo with a forgetPolicy whose schedule is `disabled` was treated as having repo-wide forget enabled, locking the per-plan retention editor. Check the schedule oneof case so a disabled (or unset) schedule no longer suppresses per-plan retention. Fixes #1225	2026-05-10 21:56:32 -07:00
