- Fixes #776
- Release 2.9.0 of `grpc-swift-nio-transport` fixes
  the HTTP/2 initialization race that required a
  `HTTP2ConnectBufferingHandler` for the vminitd
  API. This upgrades the dependency and eliminates
  the workaround.
