hopstreax 02957036b2 fix: normalize definition_file on the watch and direct-extract paths (#3223) ...

Companion to #3243: extend definition_file portability to the paths build_from_json does not
cover — the watch/incremental relativize + cache-root rebase and the direct extract() return
normalization — via a shared _PORTABLE_PATH_KEYS list so source_file and definition_file stay
in lockstep. Together with #3243 this closes all four persistence paths (graph.json, AST
cache, watch, direct extract).
