SrijanSriv ac6ab9f2bf fix(extract): keep an unresolved base off a class in another language ...

The unique-stub rewire copied a same-label class onto every edge, so a
Python base could inherit a TypeScript class. Refuse that write when the
language families differ. A same-language match still rewires.

Fixes #2207
