safishamsi c24765a884 test(watch): pin that markdown reconcile does not resurrect a deleted target (#3190) ...

The reconcile relies on the extractor only stamping target_file when the link target exists
on disk. Add a negative test: link text intact but the target file deleted must leave no
reference edge and no edge pointing at the deleted document's node.
