Disabled Linux "by-id" drive detection - it's unreliable on some broken systems.
Added some more attribute descriptions.
Our names for attributes override smartctls' now.
Added a proper "Add Device" dialog for Windows.
Added an icon and resource file for Windows.
Fixed minor bugs.
