John MacFarlane a6fae6b780 Org: don't include 'example' class when parsing org example blocks.
These are just unmarked code blocks.

Closes #11339.

John MacFarlane bfcff3eb99 Org reader: change handling of inline TeX.
Previously inline TeX was handled in a way that was different
from org's own export, and that could lead to information loss.
This was particularly noticeable for inline math environments
such as `equation`. Previously, an `equation` environment
starting at the beginning of a line would create a raw block,
splitting up the paragraph containing it (see #10836).
On the other hand, an `equation` environment not at the beginning
of a line would be turned into regular inline elements
representing the math. (This would cause the equation number to
go missing and in some cases degrade the math formatting.)

Now, we parse all of these as raw "latex" inlines, which will be
omitted when converting to formats other than LaTeX (and other
formats like pandoc's Markdown that allow raw LaTex).

Closes #10836.

Lucas V. R 3bc3e96837 Org reader: More flexible LaTeX environments
Looking at the definition of `org-element-latex-environment-parser`, one
sees that Org allows arbitrary arguments to LaTeX environments. In fact,
it parses every char just after `\begin{xxx}` until `\end{xxx}` as
content for the environment, so all the following examples are valid
environments:

```org
\begin{equation} e = mc^2 \end{equations}
```
```org
\begin{tikzcd}[ampersand replacement=\&]
	A \& B \\
	C \& D
	\arrow[from=1-1, to=1-2]
	\arrow["f", from=2-1, to=2-2]
\end{tikzcd}
```

TEC 0306eec5fa Replace org #+KEYWORDS with #+keywords
As of ~2 years ago, lower case keywords became the standard (though they
are handled case insensitive, as always):

Upper case keywords are exclusive to the manual:

despresc 90e436d496 Switch to new pandoc-types and use Text instead of String [API change].
PR #5884.

+ Use pandoc-types 1.20 and texmath 0.12.
+ Text is now used instead of String, with a few exceptions.
+ In the MediaBag module, some of the types using Strings
  were switched to use FilePath instead (not Text).
+ In the Parsing module, new parsers `manyChar`, `many1Char`,
  `manyTillChar`, `many1TillChar`, `many1Till`, `manyUntil`,
  `mantyUntilChar` have been added: these are like their
  unsuffixed counterparts but pack some or all of their output.
+ `glob` in Text.Pandoc.Class still takes String since it seems
  to be intended as an interface to Glob, which uses strings.
  It seems to be used only once in the package, in the EPUB writer,
  so that is not hard to change.

Albert Krewinkel 909083090a Org reader: fix parsing of empty comment lines
Comment lines in Org-mode can be completely empty; both of these line
should produce no output:

    # a comment
    #

The reader used to produce a wrong result for the latter, but ignores
that line as well now.

Albert Krewinkel 37a82b0b11 Add missing copyright notices and remove license boilerplate (#5112)
Quite a few modules were missing copyright notices.

This commit adds copyright notices everywhere via haddock module
headers. The old license boilerplate comment is redundant with this and has
been removed.

Update copyright years to 2019.

Closes #4592.

Albert Krewinkel 2d443ecb07 Break-up org reader test file
The org reader test file had grown large, to the point that editor
performance was negatively affected in some cases. The tests are spread
over multiple submodules, and re-combined into a tasty TestTree in the
main org reader test file.
