Vlad Hanciuta 8dbd4938f2 Vimwiki reader: Add nested syntax highlighting (#6257) 
Nested syntaxes are specified like this:
{{{sql
SELECT * FROM table
}}}

The preformatted code block parser has been extended to check if the
first attribute of the block is not a `key=value` pair, and in that case
it will be considered as a class.

Closes #6256.

Using the same solution as in the LaTeX reader:
equation -> displaymath
align -> displaymath \begin{aligned} ... \end{aligned}
etc..

Yuchen Pei 564c77964d Added Vimwiki reader (#3705). 
* New module Text.Pandoc.Readers.Vimwiki, exporting readVimwiki [API change].
* New input format `vimwiki`.
* New data file, `data/vimwiki.css`, for displaying the HTML produced by this reader and pandoc's HTML writer in the style of vimwiki's own HTML export.
