Albert Krewinkel bffd74323c Lua: add function pandoc.utils.text (#7710) ...

The function converts a string to `Inlines`, treating interword spaces
as `Space`s or `SoftBreak`s. If you want a `Str` with literal spaces,
use `pandoc.Str`.
