The note counter was read before the note's body was rendered and only bumped afterwards, so a note nested inside another one was numbered as if the outer note did not exist and the two shared a `text:id` (ftn0, ftn0, ftn2). Bump the counter first. Co-Authored-By: Claude <noreply@anthropic.com>
