The writer escaped a literal list marker at the start of a block, but
not at the start of a line after a LineBreak. Inside a list item that
loses information: a sublist can interrupt an item's text without a
blank line, so the marker is read back as a nested list and the
LineBreak is gone. A docx -> markdown -> docx round trip therefore did
not preserve a paragraph containing hand-typed bullets, which is what a
Word user produces by typing "- " and pressing shift+enter.
Ordered markers in the same position are affected too (they split the
paragraph in two), as is a lone "-", which is read back as a setext
underline.
The escaping done at the start of a block is now also applied after
each LineBreak. It is not restricted to list items, since an escaped
marker reads back identically in any context; no existing test output
changes.
