Subject: [PATCH] chore: drop a stray lockfile marker

A local `npm install` (needed to pick up main's new `postal-mime`) wrote
`"extraneous": true` onto a bundled `@clack/prompts` dependency. It was the
branch's only lockfile change and it does not belong to this PR.
