Nariman Jelveh 2b39843d70 fix(dashboard): return focus after the Security tab's dialogs close ...

Closing Blocked people, or the 2FA setup or disable dialog opened from
the switch, left keyboard focus on <body>, so the next Tab started at
the top of the page. The 2FA switch also disables itself while its
dialog is up, which drops focus even before then. Focus now goes back
to the button or switch that opened the dialog once it has gone.
