Chat Completions rejects `prompt_cache_breakpoint.ttl` whatever its value, so a request whose content parts name a breakpoint lifetime is handed to the Responses provider like a request-level `ttl: '12h'`. The `/openai/v1/responses` translator keeps `prompt_cache_breakpoint` on text, image and file parts instead of dropping it with the other unknown fields.
