- SocketService's prepare-shutdown hook awaited io.close(), which also closes the http server and waits for every HTTP connection to end. A connection mid-request when close() runs stays open for the keep-alive timeout, so shutdown stalled before PuterServer severs connections. The hook no longer waits on the http close. - Test servers disable Ollama unless a test configures it. Its boot probe logged after files had ended, which failed shared-worker shards with EnvironmentTeardownError. - vitest ignores that teardown error for a console call still in flight. - setupPuterTestEnv boots again on a fresh port after EADDRINUSE, and a failed setupTestServer start shuts the server down. - UploadReservationStore expiry tests pin the clock instead of racing a 50 ms TTL.
