Nariman Jelveh 47289324e2 fix(dashboard): give the Files row menu button a full-size touch target ...

On phones the row's '⋯' is 40x23, right beside a row whose tap opens the
item, so a slightly-off tap opened the file or folder instead of its
menu. In the two-row layout it now has a 44px square hit area on touch
screens.
