Daniel Salazar d3869b7846 feat(notifications): dismissal across devices, high priority, buttons, schedule updates, docs fixes (#4501) ...

- Docs: status(), browser limits, events worker fetch/ack, update() across
  pages, stored-notification retries, device removal, push delivery, queue
  coalescing, existing service workers and missing error codes match the code.
- puter.notifications.markShown(uid) / dismiss(uid).
- Dismissals reach the app's live feed (on('dismiss')); pages close the
  notification on screen, and a later page load closes ones already dismissed.
  The desktop closes its own copies on notif.ack.
- Live notification postings are forwarded to sessions in other regions.
- notify({ priority: 'high' }).
- onPush() results accept requireInteraction and actions; clicks carry action.
- replaced reaches service-worker onPush() handlers.
- puter.events.updateSchedule(scheduleId, changes), with the invoker
  re-checking a schedule run's guard right before it is sent.
