Nariman Jelveh a845ab7240 fix(dashboard): align Account and Security with the other tabs on phones ...

Below 768px their wrapper added a 16px gutter inside the content area's
own, so both tabs sat 32px in while Home, Apps and Usage (and the menu
button above them) sit at 16px. The extra padding stays for Apps, whose
content area has none.
