* docs: complex fs recipe (PUT-1978) A drop folder that reacts to files landing in it, using `puter.events` with an `fs:` subject instead of polling `readdir`. One use case per the recipe guidance: watch, ignore your own writes, recover from a gap, stop watching. The gap section works out what is already done from the folder itself rather than a counter, so a dropped delivery costs a listing and never a file. * docs: rework fs recipe into a CSV importer (PUT-1978) Renames the recipe to "Import Files From a Folder" and reframes it around importing CSV files with puter.fs and onLocal(). Watches the app's own inbox folder, imports files moved in from another folder, and catches up on open and on gaps. Drops the event.self check, which skipped every file the user added.
