Nariman Jelveh ccfe1a4fd6 fix(dashboard): show why Delete Permanently failed and keep the item ...

delete_item fades the item out before the request; when the request
failed it left the item hidden, as if deleted, and passed the alert the
undefined `responseText` of a puter.js error, which threw. The item now
comes back and the alert shows the error's message.
