Nariman Jelveh cd81ce02b3 fix(dashboard): align the Shared and Trash rows' menu button on phones ...

Item rows get position: relative from jQuery UI draggable, but the Shared
and Trash rows above Home's folders aren't draggable, so their '⋯' was
positioned against the whole list and sat 3px off from every other row's.
