Nariman Jelveh cfa1dd58c8 fix(dashboard): listing drops keep working after a drop on a folder row ...

Dropping files from the computer onto a folder row stopped the native
event before the listing's dragster saw it, leaving its enter state stuck:
later drags didn't highlight the listing, and drops on its background
uploaded nothing.
