Daniel Salazar e7c89b0639 fix(apps): keep ids longer than an app uid out of the app-stats query (#4070) ...

ClickHouse's app_opens.app_uid is FixedString(40) and fails the whole
query on a longer value. Marketplace callers pass item ids into
getAppsStats, so one long listing-request id turned the seller's
listing-request list into a 500. Such ids can't have opens; they now
resolve to zero without being queried.
