+Final contract review found that the legacy inventory selector omitted
+`coverage.source_scope`, while the new query owner reported it explicitly. The
+shared legacy selector now emits `whole native inventory`, examined row count
+and `literal_utf16` matching, so callers do not have to infer report scope from
+acquisition mode or an absent field. Artifact discovery remains unknown. The
+native query path and the frozen model outcomes above are unchanged.
