gensokyo-dev 23f984b1a8 fix(tests): restore Android prerequisite verification
Supply a real retained resource owner to every Android verifier prerequisite
check, sharing the existing Ghidra verifier cleanup scope. Match recovery
checks to typed Java or archive failures and applicable remediation, preserving
exact close retry authority and primary failures.

morluto 3fa972af7c fix(android): preserve typed JVM memory failures during loading
Translate actual OutOfMemoryError at the bridge boundary before upstream stringifies it. Preserve observed heap bytes, missing reasons, coroutine context and cancellation; retain SessionHolder ownership and load options. Restrict heap-specific remediation to known heap reasons and parse named bridge failure contracts once.

Coordinate bridge protocol v4, clarify doctor configuration versus target capacity, and preserve the memory primary across cleanup failure/retry. Verify controlled immediate/late/inline continuation outcomes with the pinned JAR and real JDK, focused tests, and tiny real CLI/MCP method workflows.

Actual heap exhaustion, the reported APK, pre-handshake failures, Linux and Windows remain unverified; no stress or profiling run.

morlutoandTaksh 63c65a2243 fix(android): recover original bodies when Java source is omitted
Resolve smali using frozen raw method names and full DEX descriptors. Select
one complete block before truncation for missing Java, static initializers
and decompiler marker fallbacks. Reject ambiguous or incomplete blocks and
preserve upstream disassembly failure notes.

Bind method replies to the selected descriptor with bridge protocol 3.
Remove consumer placeholder/error-prefix interpretations and the superseded
blanket overload fallback rejection. Producer failures now use the shared
failed-tool path before truncation. Migrate protocol fixtures and consumers.

Adapt the direct selector guard from PR #3450; recover original bytecode
instead of inferring a holder from generated comments.

Validation: 122 focused tests in 9 files; real pinned-JAR baseline regression
fails and candidate passes, including overloads, aliases after generation,
branches/handlers, 16-byte output and negative selection controls. Nine real
CLI and nine MCP fixture calls pass with parity/identity/digest/no-mutation
checks. Static/docs checks and two source reviews pass. Six completed real
MCP cost workflows recorded; same calls with improved source, no speedup
claim. Tiny authored APKs, macOS/JDK 21 only; reported editor APK and native
Linux/Windows unverified. Heavy profiling and stress remain stopped.

morlutoandbalkan16 742b6f587f fix(android): preserve native and abstract body absence
Freeze body-absence access flags with stable parsed method identity, before
code generation can rewrite method metadata. Skip source slicing for these
methods and return unavailable empty source with explicit native/abstract
markers, rather than attributing neighbouring members to the selected method.

Adapt the access-flag guard and tiny Smali fixtures from PR #3527. Extend real
metadata and public CLI/MCP regressions for native, static native, abstract,
concrete overloads and re-reading frozen facts after neighbouring generation.
Rename the expanded method-body verifier and remove its old entry point.

Validation: 72 focused tests in 3 files; real pinned-JAR baseline control
fails and candidate passes without triggering code generation; 6 real CLI
and 6 MCP fixture calls with parity, identity and unchanged APK; docs/static
checks and two source reviews. Six measured real MCP workflows, no speedup
claim. Tiny authored APK only; reported BinaryEye, Linux/Windows and browser
workflows unverified. Heavy profiling/stress remain stopped.

2d84c800bc perf(android): filter class pages before bridge serialization (#4791)
Filter class names at the native owner before serialization, and resume matching pages through contiguous inventory positions without a second index or query-result cache. Preserve selected source Evidence, query identity, complete top-level coverage and shared CLI/MCP behavior.

Fixes #4776.

morluto fc935d0df3 fix(mobile): derive runtime hints from classified components
Use the owning DEX/JVM and Ark/JavaScript component lists for runtime
summaries. Remove the independent filename checks and Harmony path copy.
Preserve native format checks and framework path conventions.

Adapt @eco-null's proposal and regressions from PR #3627. Cover all eight
supported source extensions and unrelated content, plus the Android
inverse mismatch discovered during consumer review: .dex/.class files
had no bytecode components but produced runtime hints.

Validation: 44 focused checks, build, check:fast and docs:check pass.
Six Harmony assertions and one Android built CLI assertion fail before
this fix. 36 actual built CLI cost controls preserve four ordinary
complete replies and projection IDs byte for byte. No heavy profiling,
target or real deep-provider execution; npm release unverified.

morluto a425b3e528 fix(mobile): classify authenticated file occurrences as components
Select file and slice identity once before Android, Apple and Harmony
classification. Keep directory/link facts in source inventory and Apple
anatomy rather than deriving code roles, runtime hints or bridges from them.
Preserve occurrence order, multiplicity and existing unavailable facts.

Adapt @flyl1u's proposal and public CLI/stdio MCP controls from PR #3830,
extending the controls and structural fix to Apple and slice/link semantics.

Validation: 80 focused checks, build, check:fast and docs:check pass.
Four package controls fail before the fix. 72 tiny completed source cost
tasks preserve all regular-file control replies and projection IDs byte
for byte. No heavy profiling, target or real deep-provider execution;
full agent/public-task costs and published npm package unverified.

Paritosh LahreandClaude Opus 5.5 f433786463 feat(android): make the JADX operation deadline configurable (#4466)
* feat(android): make the JADX operation deadline configurable

JADX operations used a fixed 120 s provider deadline and a separate fixed
120 s per-call bound in the session, so an APK whose cold load exceeds
120 s could not complete, and raising only the MCP client timeout could
not extend either. Add REA_JADX_OPERATION_TIMEOUT_MS, parsed once by the
JADX configuration owner (decimal milliseconds from 1 to 2147483647,
default 120000). The provider resolves it before acquiring anything and
uses it for the operation deadline and its timeout errors, and the session
uses it for every upstream call. Doctor reports the effective value, and
setup forwards an explicit value like the other JADX settings.

* test(android): isolate JADX fixtures from inherited shell settings

The shared JADX protocol fixture spread the developer's process.env, so an
exported REA_JADX_OPERATION_TIMEOUT_MS (or REA_JADX_HEAP_MIB) changed every
provider test that never selected one. Keep inheriting the host environment
for process launch, but take REA_JADX_* settings only from the fixture.

b11fe63bf4 docs(installation): document Linux procps prerequisite
Document the Linux procps-compatible ps prerequisite before quick start and in the installation/provider guides. Scope it to shared process-supervision workflows and give recovery guidance for generic provider startup errors.

Actual JavaScript CLI analysis passed with ps and refused an empty PATH with capability_unavailable and retained partial evidence. Real Chrome scenario launch succeeded without ps, confirming the need for qualified wording. Docs checks, formatting, typecheck/lint and diff checks passed. Five English documentation files; no runtime changes. Native Ghidra/JADX/firmware execution was not performed.

3620074b31 docs(android): link the JADX provider download
Document the pinned JADX release download and digest verification for npm users and repository checkouts. Keep caller-selected local paths; identify the fixture helper as checkout-only. Include shell and PowerShell examples, with the POSIX path set only after successful download and verification.

Validation: actual pinned JAR/APK fetch verification; real curl download and SHA-256 checks using sha256sum and the shasum fallback; controlled corrupt-file and failed-download cases; POSIX syntax; docs:check (5 conformance tests), typecheck/lint, formatting and diff checks. Provider execution and native macOS/Windows command runs were not repeated.

Ysopwnableandfactory-droid[bot] f254f5ac2b feat(android): add opt-in package summaries and retained manifest views
Add explicit package summary delivery and exact retained manifest pages while preserving complete MCP defaults, one-shot CLI output, provider requests, source identity and session lifetime. Return distinct linked Evidence and preserve partial/null facts; reject unavailable retention before engine work.

Validation: 27 relevant SDK/domain/Android boundary checks, focused test-only correction rerun, full supported compiler/lint and docs checks, real NewPipe SDK pairs, authentic old Evidence continuation, four actual Codex trials with failures/regressions retained, and all 39 exact-head CI checks. Package replies shrink 119,527 to 8,659 bytes; no model-token or time gain is established.

morluto 0677468877 fix(android): preserve decoded values and duplicate class inventories
Parse Apktool YAML and XML at the producer boundary, preserving scalar spelling, XML text and partial string coverage. Retain repeated JADX inventory rows with explicit duplicate-name counts and lookup ambiguity. Make the Apktool verifier report cleanup failures.

Validation: parser, provider and JADX fixture boundary tests; typecheck, lint and documentation checks. Real Apktool and JADX engines were not exercised.

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 4b985e5021 fix(artifacts): take nested container families from bytes (#1553)
Inventory gave nested members a ZIP or ASAR family from their path
suffix. Byte classification replaced it only for ZIP magic, so text named
`.apk` or `.asar` stayed a container, and encrypted entries and symlinks
kept the suffix guess. A filesystem `.asar` without an ASAR header failed
the whole inventory as a malformed archive.

Nested ZIP families now follow ZIP magic and ASAR follows its header
pickle, shared with root classification. An unread member named like a
container has an unknown format and a limitation naming the suffix. ASAR
expansion requires the header.

The Android projection adds a limitation when no root AndroidManifest.xml
was observed, and its rejection names the observed root format.

morlutoandCursor Agent 1f0775684b fix(artifacts): keep case-distinct archive names in inventory (#1480)
ZIP member names are case-sensitive. Inventory was folding them with a
filesystem case rule, so shrunk APKs never became evidence for the Android
application graph. Logical registration now keeps both spellings and records
an English Unicode case-folding limitation. Extraction fails only when the
destination directory already holds the other spelling.
