morluto 537467ab9e fix(test-fixtures): keep managed metadata and method bodies disjoint 
Lay out resources, ReadyToRun data and IL bodies from their actual extents. Preserve RVA zero for bodyless methods and verify adjacent bodies through the production inspector.
