morluto f4322b15ed fix(javascript): bound semantic unknown retention at projection
Admit unknowns before canonical construction and provenance interning. Offer independent per-file and application capacities through CLI, Evidence and the owned analysis worker, and reject over-allocation during streamed decoding.

Report examined omitted emission occurrences by family and reason without retaining discarded identities. Preserve omission-free graph identities and distinguish node truncation from overall partial coverage.

morlutoandYi Han 880b3a510b fix(javascript): bound static getter reference expansion
Replace recursive getter histories with a query-owned worklist and memo. Bound
precise expansion at 512 states and widen growing receiver cycles; retain
escaped roots and constructed children rather than silently dropping suffixes.
Carry the resource limit through semantic coverage, worker transport and graph
Evidence while preserving direct writes, imports and unrelated literal facts.

The small source probe reduced 65/326 paths to one widened reference for five
and six getters. The original large Claude artifact was not rerun. Validate
receiver/alias/mutation controls and compiled CLI/MCP consumers.

morluto 81f7638203 fix(javascript): keep exports out of write relations
Project writes only from write-role references. Export references remain distinct facts and genuine assignments still traverse writes-only traces.

Validation: source semantic controls and public CLI/MCP writes-only traces.

morluto 04672f2b91 fix(javascript): preserve builtin identity and share alias traversal
Track module writes and escapes at their owner, preserve capture and reassignment ordering, and share CommonJS/default namespace identity without erasing parent-slot changes. Carry write sites into ambient alias resolution and use parsed write targets across consumers. Deduplicate returned-reference work with cycle context; retain unchanged temporal selection identity so provenance memoization stays effective.

Reviewed fixes include #2041, #2465, #2830, #2881, and #2948. Remove superseded mutation representations and the ineffective per-markValue dedup layer.

Validation: 380 focused JavaScript tests passed under a 384 MiB heap cap, including the previously aborting 30-level/128-call alias regression. Six public CLI/MCP builtin tests passed. Exact pdf.js completed-workflow performance remains unmeasured.

morluto 8ba0a887ff refactor(javascript): bind application links only at graph finish
Remove the empty application-node index from incremental projection state. The completed application graph now owns the only binding pass, and indexing returns the map directly instead of a wrapper.

Validation: 76 builder/composition tests and 19 filesystem, CLI-output, and SDK MCP trace boundary tests pass. Identity budgets and streaming/full-projection parity remain covered; no throughput improvement is claimed.

morluto 475a0f84da fix(javascript)!: preserve property paths and uncertain slot presence
Use one explicit object/array slot model and JSON-pointer property identity across mutation analysis, return projection, and semantic graphs. Require observed presence for discriminants and resolve writes only through retained object or array receivers.

BREAKING CHANGE: projected return fields require explicit presence and semantic object operations carry full property paths.

96a46ada0a fix(javascript): bound semantic node projection for resource safety (#966)
* fix(javascript): bound semantic node projection for resource safety

analyze_javascript_application exhausted the heap or failed serialization on
ordinary inputs. A small extracted tree crashed outright, and a larger
application tree failed at both the default heap and an 8 GB heap.

Cause: the semantic projection emits one node per AST expression, call site,
binding and property slot, with no ceiling. A five-file tree already yields on
the order of 170,000 nodes, and the whole result is serialized after the object
graph is built and validated. Result ceilings were deliberately removed upstream,
so nothing bounded this growth.

Apply two resource-safety ceilings and report them through the graph's own
coverage contract rather than dropping data silently:

- SEMANTIC_GRAPH_NODE_CEILING bounds retained nodes per tree (100,000, roughly
300 MB serialized, below V8's 512 MB string limit).
- SEMANTIC_GRAPH_FILE_NODE_CEILING bounds each source file (20,000) so one
bundled library cannot starve the application's own modules.

Exhausting either marks coverage truncated with a partial status and records the
ceiling in coverage.limits. A small application stays complete and untruncated.

Verified: a previously-crashing application tree now returns Evidence in under a
minute, while a small tree stays complete. Existing tests and check:fast pass.

* fix(javascript): report semantic graph truncation accurately
