morluto 2a0b58e440 refactor(cleanup): share failure composition and retain native UI owners
Validation: integrated changes passed formatting, typecheck, lint, resolved module-boundary verification and git diff --check. Tests and real-provider workflows were not run.

morluto 63bf91405c refactor!: enforce canonical evidence and provider boundaries
Deliver complete Evidence directly through MCP with required nullable analysis profiles and immutable per-server delivery settings. Bind selected environments at construction and require typed cleanup outcomes with retained retry ownership.

Remove test-only routing, duplicate session and snapshot metadata, producer-field repairs, and ambiguous provider arguments. Separate artifact byte identity from occurrence classification and retain typed source-map and partial native facts across CLI, MCP, and verifier consumers.

BREAKING CHANGE: obsolete Evidence envelopes, session aliases, incomplete snapshots, and missing normalized producer facts are no longer accepted.

Retire inactive clients until cleanup succeeds and block replacement startup
while owned resources remain. Preserve startup/cancellation failures alongside

YouWishandN0zoM1z0 27a9ceade7 fix!: restore caching, preserve failures, and verify fixture claims (#1211)
Restore profile-bound Ghidra snapshot reuse, preserve direct-analysis results through cleanup failures, and grade configured agent fixture claims against returned evidence.

Register the compiled agent-evaluation fixture entry for static analysis.

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 b79d379c25 fix(ghidra): keep and name a runtime directory that close could not remove
When removing Ghidra's private runtime directory failed, close_binary
reported only a generic `provider-client` resource, and a later close,
after the permission was restored, returned success while the directory
and its contents remained. The client dropped its reference to the root
before removing it, and PrivateRuntimeRoot cached the rejected removal.

Keep each runtime or socket root until its removal succeeds, report a
failure as a ProviderCleanupError naming the leftover paths, let
PrivateRuntimeRoot retry a failed removal, and pass such typed cleanup
failures through closeAnalysisClient instead of replacing them.

Fixes #1190

morluto 84a17d5519 fix(ghidra): preserve function references and snapshot boundaries
Collect references from the complete owned function body and exact entry,
including instruction-interior destinations and embedded-data sources.
Bind the corrected semantics to the analysis profile so legacy snapshots
cannot replay incomplete results. Preserve snapshot mismatch reasons and
recovery advice through CLI and MCP without disturbing live sessions.

Return exact entry candidates for ambiguous function names. Expand the
real-provider regression workflow and replace redundant parser assertions
with malformed-output coverage through the pinned MCP client.

Verified with Ghidra 12.1.4 on macOS arm64: full host-native lane, real
CLI/MCP boundary probes, 30 focused tests, and typecheck/lint.

morluto 2f71375efc fix(hopper)!: bind analysis to the active target and correct boundary contracts
Preserve native document identity, nullable bookmark labels, address diagnostics, segment-end byte prefixes, and verified file mappings. Validate batch rename addresses before mutation.

Ysopwnable a1ed4232de fix(mcp): retain complete application results across response limits
Retain complete authenticated application Evidence when the repeated MCP representation exceeds the default receive frame or Node string limit. Return a typed transport constraint, keep useful followup queries available, and stream full canonical bundles to atomic destinations.

Verify complete Notion and Obsidian workflows on Linux and native Windows, full CLI/Evidence parity, and real large Chrome screenshot recovery. Preserve complete success contracts and caller-selected evidence paths.

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 5acdb9dc6f chore: merge main into feat/dylib-resolution
Resolve conflicts against main:
- README.md: take main's simplified English README, which no longer has
  the tool-family table.
- README_ja.md: take main's reworded table and count
  trace_dylib_resolution in the artifact graph row (5 -> 6).
- Skill: the references gain the trace_dylib_resolution paragraph, so
  the version moves to 29 (main already uses 28).
- Regenerate the product catalog, conformance manifest, skill digest and
  package metadata (135 tools). The MCP tool catalog is now built rather
  than committed (#997), so it is removed here.

Jay HemnaniandCursor Agent 37d2ebac4c fix(artifacts): accept the bundle subject when extracting an app bundle (#891)
* fix(artifacts): accept the bundle subject when extracting an app bundle

For a .app target the session target is the bundle's executable, while the
artifact provider reports the bundle itself as the subject. The subject
check exempted inventory_artifact and inspect_artifact but not
extract_artifact, so extracting any .app failed with execution_failure after
the output tree had already been written, and the output path was never
reported.

* refactor(binary): rename artifact bundle subject helper

isArtifactInventorySubject also covers extract_artifact for .app
bundles, so name it for the shared bundle-subject exemption.

Kaoru0822andClaude Opus 5.5 11b7f918c2 feat(artifacts): trace Mach-O dylib resolution in bundles
Add trace_dylib_resolution (CLI trace-dylib-resolution) to the artifact
family. For the active Mach-O, or every executable in the active .app
(the main app, XPC services, extensions, login items, helpers), it
reports which file each dylib load reaches and how.

A pure TypeScript reader decodes FAT and Mach-O load commands:
LC_LOAD/WEAK/REEXPORT/LAZY/UPWARD_DYLIB, including the newer
dylib_use_command encoding with weak, re-export, upward and delayed-init
flags, plus LC_ID_DYLIB, LC_RPATH, LC_DYLD_ENVIRONMENT and code-signature
presence. Malformed tables are reported with the failing command instead
of being guessed.

Resolution follows dyld:
- @executable_path comes from each process root;
- @loader_path comes from the loading image, or from the owner of the
  LC_RPATH entry being expanded;
- @rpath searches the loader's rpaths first, then up the load chain;
- dependencies load dependents-first in load-command order, once per
  process, and a matching install name reuses an already loaded image;
- symlinks are followed inside the analyzed root, and escapes stop.

Every candidate path is reported with its outcome. Each edge resolves to
resolved, conditional (an outside-root candidate such as /usr/lib/swift
precedes), unresolved, or undetermined. Absolute and shared-cache system
paths are never checked against the host. Derived findings cover
unresolved required or weak loads, absent earlier @rpath candidates (with
library validation left unknown), and LC_DYLD_ENVIRONMENT.

verify:macos-bundle now also:
- checks every traced image against otool -l;
- asserts each resolution status on a clang-built fixture that adds a
  missing Overrides rpath, an absolute rpath, and a delay-init library;
- compares the predicted load order of two process roots with what dyld
  loads under DYLD_PRINT_LIBRARIES.
