Fixes#3933. Part of #4027.
Normalize exact literals and configuration defaults through the shared primitive owner. Preserve tagged limits through member/destructuring projection and record encountered bounds in per-analysis state independently of later selected values. Remove the retained-value rescan and duplicate default reader. Preserve source Evidence, bounded/null values, aggregate wire capacity and complete endpoint lookup identities for query/trace/comparison.
Validated 66 focused and 932 semantic tests on the restored identical runtime; final public selection 7/7 adds an augmented large-endpoint acceptance (67 distinct focused cases across invocations). Full static/docs and fresh real Obsidian controls passed. Compact measurements and rejected attempts remain recorded.

dataEffectLiteralString asked the literal owner for an exact value, and
when a template recovered with an invalid escape had no cooked value it
fell back to the raw spelling. Child-process commands, request endpoints
and event names then became resolved values that are not JavaScript
strings.
Use only the owner's cooked value; a template without one stays dynamic.

Give calls, captures, object operations, promises and effects one callable-owner tracker. Suspend a method while its computed key is evaluated in the enclosing callable; remove the capture-only downstream repair.

Track module writes and escapes at their owner, preserve capture and reassignment ordering, and share CommonJS/default namespace identity without erasing parent-slot changes. Carry write sites into ambient alias resolution and use parsed write targets across consumers. Deduplicate returned-reference work with cycle context; retain unchanged temporal selection identity so provenance memoization stays effective.
Reviewed fixes include #2041, #2465, #2830, #2881, and #2948. Remove superseded mutation representations and the ineffective per-markValue dedup layer.
Validation: 380 focused JavaScript tests passed under a 384 MiB heap cap, including the previously aborting 30-level/128-call alias regression. Six public CLI/MCP builtin tests passed. Exact pdf.js completed-workflow performance remains unmeasured.
