gensokyo-dev 093ce695f0 fix(tests): preserve temporary fixture ownership 
Normalize shared test fixture prefixes using the hygiene verifier ownership rule. Preserve caller labels, existing owned names, and third-party caches; cover retained fixtures and exact cleanup through subprocess regressions.
