* fix(providers): name JEB, IDA, and one-shot command deadlines
Wire JEB catalog discovery to REA_JEB_MCP_TIMEOUT_MS, name the IDA
registration timeoutMs, and add command_timeout_ms for one-shot objdump
and rizin. Debugger, Frida, and Cutter caps stay fixed and say so.

* fix(providers): pass remaining deadlines and name the cap that fired
Catalog discovery now sends the JEB budget still remaining to the SDK on
connect and every tools/list page. Objdump and rizin preflight share one
command_timeout_ms across stat and digest; the command still receives that
budget again. Architecture Evidence keeps a selected timeout, and Frida and
Rizin name the capture limit that actually stopped output.

* fix(frida): preserve non-timeout device lookup failures
getDeviceById is a lookup deadline only when Frida rejects with
"Device not found" after the wait. A device-manager or backend failure
stays a capability error. Align the assertions that still expected the
previous capacity and capture sentences.

Separate debugger exit-policy readback from process descriptor checks. Require the final native readback before considering inferior-end proof, and regress an ambiguous reply delivered as the real owned inferior exits. Preserve debugger ownership on failure.

Reuse the common Linux identity reader and retain the original PID/start-time pair throughout detach. After Rizin confirms no active descriptor, accept a proven end of that original process while preserving refusals for unresolved or live mismatched targets. Remove the duplicate proc parser and cover deterministic exit/live-redirect transitions with owned fixtures.

Bound recent decoded history to complete UTF-8 prefixes and reuse the bounded capture implementation without changing command Evidence or wire queue accounting. Add deterministic Unicode and invalid-byte coverage, and document history retention.

Default native one-shot Rizin presentation to plain text before collection while preserving caller colour overrides, literal output, recorded argv and shared CLI/MCP Evidence.

Adapt #4044 at the shared normal/interrupted frame owner. Preserve the decoded prefix before byte-budget accounting and cover MCP delivery across framing and UTF-8 boundaries. Refs #4016.

Retain received complete and unfinished Rizin command bytes with bounded UTF-8 capture, truthful completion uncertainty and exact launch provenance. Keep captures independent of cancellation, protocol and cleanup precedence; wait for bounded output settlement on exit and preserve active bytes across stdin failures.
Validated353 focused tests (one existing skip), full CI static/docs checks, real official Linux Rizin0.9.1 interruption probes, paired completed public CLI/stdio MCP tasks, and focused mutation checks. Required CI passed; exact-head Codex review reported no findings and Greptile5/5. Fault cleanup uncertainty and partial-marker ambiguity remain explicit.

* fix: select caller paths through symlinks and .. as the filesystem does
CLI adapters, binary target resolution, the reverse-engineering service
and the objdump and Rizin command builders made caller-selected paths
absolute with path.resolve, which collapses `link/..` lexically. On
POSIX the filesystem follows `link` first, so these commands inspected,
hashed or launched a different file and returned internally consistent
Evidence for it.
absoluteCallerPath now owns that step: on POSIX it prefixes a relative
path with the working directory and keeps an absolute path as spelled;
on Windows, where `..` resolves lexically, it keeps win32.resolve.

* fix: keep firmware, WASM list and output-root paths on the selected file
Review follow-up. The CLI already passed firmware and WASM paths through
absoluteCallerPath, but snapshotFirmware and SafeOutputTree.create
re-resolved them lexically, and the WASM glue and candidate lists still
used resolve, so those inputs could still select a sibling file or
create output beside the intended directory.
absoluteCallerPath now also drops `.` segments and repeated or trailing
separators on POSIX, which never change the named file, so selected
paths such as `./module.wasm` keep matching their glue references
exactly. Every `..` is still left for the filesystem.
SafeOutputTree keeps host path syntax; its platform argument selects only
the Windows name policy.

* fix: keep directory requirements and relative cwd in caller paths
Review follow-up. absoluteCallerPath stripped a trailing `/` or `/.`, so
`file/` selected the regular file instead of failing with ENOTDIR; it
now keeps one trailing separator. A relative cwd option was appended to
the root; it is now made absolute without collapsing `..`. WASM glue
matching resolved local literals lexically, so a module selected through
`link/..` matched only by basename; the adapter now compares both sides
through absoluteCallerPath and still reports each candidate as given.
