Admit Windows ARMNT/Thumb-2 and ARM64 PE targets using preserved COFF machine facts. Keep unsupported machine gates explicit and distinguish loader-selected versus configured language provenance.
Verified with real Windows Ghidra 12.1.4 CLI/MCP workflows, ARM fixtures and Microsoft-signed Coreinfo ARM64 / MSVCR120 ARM inputs. Resource limits, analyzer overrides, startup timeout observations and verification gaps are documented in the PR. Final CI and automated review passed.
Fixes#2186
BREAKING CHANGE: Evidence and analysis snapshots require explicit nullable relationship coverage and include it in their identity commitments. Historical records without the field are rejected; saved files are not migrated.
Parse TypeDef member lists once at their owning boundary, retain malformed ranges as unknown, and admit representation storage before allocation. Reuse parsed facts across member ownership, inventory, attributes, and native boundaries. Preserve constant operands in structural matching.
Refs: #3202, #3201, #3199
BREAKING CHANGE: unresolved managed/native verification results may retain a non-null matched_native and candidate facts when module identity is unknown. Consumers must use status and reason rather than assume unresolved observations are empty.
Share tagged readiness observations, retain partial provider facts, authenticate bridge identity, bound diagnostics, and preserve cancellation and lost-session reasons. Fail closed for unparsed MIPS ABI attributes and macOS saved Hopper databases without a script-capable bridge route.

Validation: 285 focused source/boundary tests passed. Real Ghidra, IDA, Linux Hopper, and Windows provider runs were not repeated.
BREAKING CHANGE: MIPS targets with unresolved GNU ABI attributes and saved Hopper databases on macOS are refused rather than advertised as supported.
Remove OS-based assumptions about long and non-ASCII string recognition. Require the dedicated fragmented fixture, independently verify full source bytes, and reject gaps, overlaps, incomplete reads and corrupted decoding. Report unrecognized native strings explicitly and retain the actual procedure count.
Verified through 14 verifier regressions and the complete macOS arm64 Hopper 6.6.0-demo CLI/MCP lane with cleanup.
* ci: pin GitHub Actions to full commit SHAs
Replace every third-party `uses: owner/repo@vN` reference in
.github/workflows with the 40-character commit SHA that the tag
currently resolves to, keeping the exact release as a trailing comment.
Each pin was checked with `git ls-remote --tags`: the floating major tag
and the commented release dereference to the same commit. Local
reusable workflows are unchanged.
Re-pin reactivecircus/android-emulator-runner from the SHA of the
annotated `v2` tag object (4c44018e) to the commit it points to
(a421e438, v2.38.0); Actions resolves both, but only the commit SHA is
an immutable reference that tooling can compare with the release.
Update the Windows Ghidra workflow trust-boundary test to require
SHA-pinned setup-node and upload-artifact references instead of the
previous floating tags.
Validation: actionlint v1.7.7 (-shellcheck= -pyflakes=, as in CI), YAML
parse of all workflows, no remaining unpinned third-party `uses:`, and
the workflow boundary/conformance tests.
* style(ci): format action identity assertion
Retain formatting edits produced before the user stopped validation.
Source inspection and git diff --check only. Tests, builds and typechecks skipped by explicit user request. GitHub review writes paused globally.

Remove getter, enum, cloned-projection, cache-identity, and obsolete profile assertions along with the shadow JSON Schema engine and dead test-only APIs. Retain producer, filesystem, SDK, lifecycle, integrity, and malformed-format coverage.
Document the priority of real end-to-end workflows, boundary integration, and producer goldens.
Deliver complete Evidence directly through MCP with required nullable analysis profiles and immutable per-server delivery settings. Bind selected environments at construction and require typed cleanup outcomes with retained retry ownership.
Remove test-only routing, duplicate session and snapshot metadata, producer-field repairs, and ambiguous provider arguments. Separate artifact byte identity from occurrence classification and retain typed source-map and partial native facts across CLI, MCP, and verifier consumers.
BREAKING CHANGE: obsolete Evidence envelopes, session aliases, incomplete snapshots, and missing normalized producer facts are no longer accepted.
* feat(ghidra): enable Windows x64 read-only analysis
* test(ghidra): exercise native Windows runtime boundaries
* test(ghidra): verify current Windows inventory and isolate ACL observer
* fix(ghidra): align Windows admission and address P0 review
* refactor(test): colocate pure-domain tests and reduce test debt
Move focused immutable domain/contracts/adapter tests from
tests/composition/** beside their production owners under src/** as
colocated *.test.ts/*.fixture.ts, and relocate persistence-shaped
composition tests under tests/boundary/filesystem/**. Update import
paths, the Vitest project topology (shared worker context for pure
domain/contracts and recording-port service projects), the test
migration ledger, testing docs, and AGENTS.md to match.

* docs: remove test migration ledger
The cutover is complete and the ledger is no longer referenced anywhere
in source, scripts, or the docs gate. Drop the standalone artifact.

* docs: clean up stale migration artifacts
Remove empty directories left by the test migration and replace the
"final cutover" language in docs/testing.md with standing PR guidance
that no longer references the completed migration.

* fix: repair CI failures from schema, knip, and stale generated artifacts
Three root causes fixed:
1. catalog-schemas.mjs: valuesAt only traversed anyOf from Zod's
toJSONSchema, not oneOf. The webScreenshotDiffSchema change to a
discriminated union produces oneOf, so the product catalog generator
could not derive the web_screenshot_diff schema version. Add oneOf
traversal.
2. conformancePackage.ts: the test rewrite removed the only imports of
ScenarioManifest, ReplayPlan, ShimPlan, and ExpectedEvidence, making
them unused exports that knip flags. Remove the dead type aliases.
3. Regenerate stale artifacts (product catalog, MCP tool catalog, skill
metadata, conformance manifest) that drifted from the source changes.
