Add non-mutating generated-file checks, exact TypeDoc regenerate-and-compare validation, caller-visible documentation fact checks, and CI enforcement through docs:check. Cover command-router parity, source-derived catalog values, deliberate documentation drift, and stale generated artifacts while preserving runtime behavior.
