Add reproducible larger/non-HTTP packet cost measurements, an independent header oracle, exact page validation and separate factual/plan grading. Document caller-selected controls and retain negative/mixed model results. Production defaults and APIs remain unchanged. Inspect the selected saved PostgreSQL capture {{artifact_path}} with REA. Within original capture frames 1 through 2000, return the first 12 TCP packets with source or destination port 5432 in original frame order. For each return integer frame, source_port, destination_port and flags (the numeric TCP flags word, not prose). Also report the matching packet count within this 2000-frame question scope.
