e38a4c4394 feat(experiment): page native SSA operand relationships
Keep operation and slice defaults compact; preserve exact input slots and phi edges, distinguish unretained seeds, and align advertised relation schemas with runtime validation. Pin a seeded wide-PHI model task after real public MCP verification.

Use one retained static capture of sqlite3VdbeExec at 0xea6d0 in {{artifact_path}}.
Investigate recovered operation 0xea998:14649 as a wide SSA merge. Report its
opcode, output value, block and total input count. Retrieve only input indices
0, 1, 77, 105 and 155, retaining each value ID, native predecessor and exact
predecessor-edge identity. Read the distinct selected values' address spaces,
offsets, widths and defining operation identities; inspect those immediate
defining operations' opcode and output. Explain which selected slots share a
value, without discarding their distinct edge identities.
Check requested slot 156 and operation 0xffff:0 separately: distinguish an absent
slot of a retained operation from unknown membership of an unretained operation.
Use selected/batch/paged facts and reuse the same capture. Do not return or page
through the whole wide input list or reconstructed C. State the available
operation scope and remaining definition-frontier, CFG, complete-use, alias and
runtime-feasibility limits. Keep the answer focused with actual Evidence IDs and
target digest; optimized PHI predecessors and origins are not machine transfers.
