Update Chinese README docs

Refresh the Chinese README guidance to mention IDA as a supported native analysis backend, clarify that static JavaScript analysis does not require native engines, and document global CLI installation/update steps for Bun (`bun add --global`, `bunx` usage, minimum version 1.2.17). The capability table also now includes Go binary and WASM artifact support.
