Ysopwnableandfactory-droid[bot] 58fb372071 feat(analysis): add opt-in retained inventory and WASM views (#2122)
Add opt-in retained inventory and WASM Evidence views with exact nested output contracts and a small static WASM descriptor. Preserve old complete CLI/MCP workflows, producer choices, original authenticated Evidence and cleanup ownership.

Validated with real public applications, genuine old Evidence migration, 123 focused assertions, 11 synchronized description checks and 42 installed-package WABT cases. Detailed generated experiment JSON stays outside the final tree; concise findings and reproduction inputs remain. Main-existing completion/package CI failures are separately attributed and left unchanged.

Investigate the actual shipped Obsidian ASAR at {{artifact_path}} using REA analyze_javascript_application with source_paths ["package.json","main.js"] and detail summary. Keep complete inventory identity while analyzing only those exact sources. Read retained module views for each main.js module identity; module pages may contain several identities for a path, so preserve their exact node_id values. package.json is package metadata and need not be a module. Report selected input path/root artifact SHA-256, requested_paths and unselected_files, graph/statistics, Electron observations, exact selected main.js module identities/types/digests, analysis and semantic coverage, retained source Evidence ID, view Evidence IDs and limitations. Do not execute target JavaScript, analyze other sources, extract files, use network/shell/file tools or other agents. Static AST results do not prove actual runtime behavior or original source. Final JSON fields: input_path, artifact_sha256, source_selection, statistics, electron, modules, coverage, evidence_ids, limitations.
