Ysopwnable 781d5751ad fix(pwntools): preserve worker ownership across launcher exec ...

Fixes #4011.

Normalize exec-aware worker ownership at the shared pwntools decoder boundary. Preserve parent, process-group and run-token checks, explicit command pins, partial observations, and retryable cleanup.

Validated with real Linux pwntools/GDB/pwndbg CLI/MCP workflows, native-exec cancellation and foreign-token controls.
