main now carries #964 (skill version 29, macOS native row 7 -> 8):
- README_ja/ar/ko/zh: take main's tables and count
  trace_dylib_resolution in the artifact graph row (5 -> 6).
- Skill: move to version 30.
- Regenerate the product catalog, conformance manifest, skill digest and
  package metadata (136 tools).
