8114bd675e feat(experiment): expose bounded call-rooted definition facts
Share native membership and operand ownership across full and projected facts. Preserve exact phi bindings and definition frontiers when the full graph is unavailable, keep CFG/use coverage explicit, and expose selected reads through the same CLI/SDK/MCP contracts. Verify real SQLite/zlib fidelity, encoded fallback, bounded metadata, and cache reuse; pin the next real-model question and oracle.

Analyze sqlite3VdbeExec in {{artifact_path}} statically. At recovered call origins
0xf115c and 0xf238b, trace the second argument (passed in RSI) through its immediate
SSA definition and every PHI alternative to the retained format-address
producers. Use one retained capture and structured operation/value relationships.
Report the call and PHI identities, each PHI operand index and native predecessor
edge identity, and which format-address producer belongs to each alternative.
Inspect the available operation scope before traversing: a bounded definition
projection is not a complete recovered CFG or full use inventory.
Read the candidate format strings with focused byte or string queries. Verify
all alternative setup sites and the two machine CALL targets with selected
instruction windows. Include actual jump destinations used by alternate setup
paths, where present. Distinguish native PHI predecessors, instruction origins,
constant address-space offsets and actual machine branch targets; a single
instruction window does not establish the only format reaching a shared call.
Keep the result focused, with real Evidence references and target digest. Reuse
the same capture for selected reads. State any remaining definition frontier,
memory-alias, CFG and runtime-reachability limits; do not claim a demonstrated
SQL-level trigger or infer complete source signatures from recovered input slots.
